Finally, some snow in the Netherlands. It’s already almost gone, but this morning I made some photos from the snow in the little city Hoorn and in Amsterdam. I placed them in the photo gallery on this site. You can see them here.

The In Qontrol anthem for 2008 is produced by the Donkey Rollers and is called: "The last city on earth". The track isn’t officially released yet, but last weekend the track was already played on a party in Paris. Well, I missed that one. Today I installed the first beta version of Internet Explorer 8. I downloaded the installer from the Microsoft website with Firefox 2. The first attempt to install didn’t succeed because I had to install another Microsoft update first. A website with the link to this download opened in Firefox because this is my default browser. I tried to download the update but I had to do the WGA check first. The stupid check didn’t work in Firefox so I downloaded the update trough IE 7. After installing the update my system needed a reboot. After the reboot I executed the installer for IE8 again. The install finally worked out and I had to reboot again.

Last weekend, after the Promo - Shadowbox event, Q-Dance distributed flyers with an advertisement for In Qontrol 2008. On the back of this flyer the time-table was presented. I have updated my previous post about In Qontrol with the time-table data from this flyer. I don’t know if this is the definitive timetable becouse they didn’t present it on their website.
